At The Good Intentions Club, we strive to provide efficient and timely delivery for all our customers. Below you will find details about our shipping process, costs, and delivery timelines.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please note that during high-demand periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be extended by an additional 1-2 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship to the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the package.

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Shipping rates will vary depending on the delivery method selected at checkout.
Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States.
3. International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside the United States. Stay tuned for updates on when we expand our shipping capabilities to other regions.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.
5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays. The Good Intentions Club is not responsible for any shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
If your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us at accounts@thegoodintentionsclub.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
6. Address Errors and Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. The Good Intentions Club is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or was undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, The Good Intentions Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you provide a secure delivery location.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, contact us at accounts@thegoodintentionsclub.com, and we will help file a claim with the carrier.
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We may require photos of the damaged product and packaging to process your claim. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
